Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Consultation Booking Fee & Deposit
The £30 Fee: To secure an initial medical consultation with our practitioner, a £30 booking deposit is required.
Redeemable Against Treatment: If you are deemed suitable for treatment following your consultation and choose to proceed, this £30 deposit will be fully deducted from the final cost of your treatment plan.
Non-Refundable for Personal Cancellation: If you attend your scheduled face-to-face consultation but choose not to move forward with the treatment for personal reasons, the £30 deposit will not be refunded. This deposit will be retained by the clinic to cover the professional time, clinical expertise, and medical assessment provided by our nurse prescriber during your face-to-face appointment.
Mandatory Pre-Screening Gateway
Prerequisite to Booking: To protect your time and our medical prescriber's clinical schedule, all patients must successfully complete a short digital pre-screening questionnaire within our secure medical portal before an appointment slot can be selected or paid for.
Automated System Block: If your answers indicate a known medical contraindication that safely prevents you from receiving Botulinum Toxin (such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, or specific neurological conditions), our specialised clinical booking system will automatically block the booking process. You will not be permitted to view available dates, reserve an appointment, or pay the £30 deposit.
Preventing Wasted Expenses: This mandatory screening ensures that you do not waste money on a deposit or travel to a clinical consultation for a treatment you are legally or medically ineligible to receive, safeguarding clinical resources for both parties.
Post-Consultation Prescription Deposit (50% Non-Refundable)
Patient-Specific Medicine: Botulinum Toxin is a prescription-only medication (POM). If you decide to move forward with treatment after your consultation, a 50% deposit of the total treatment cost must be paid before your prescription is ordered.
Strict Non-Refundable Clause: Because prescriptions are legally written and dispensed exclusively for you, this 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable once the prescription has been placed with our pharmacy. This medication is patient-specific and cannot legally or clinically be used on any other individual. If you change your mind after the prescription is ordered, this deposit is forfeited to cover pharmacy and clinical procurement costs.
Rescheduling & The 48-Hour Notice Period
Amending Your Appointment: We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your consultation appointment to a different date or time within our booking system without penalty, provided you give us at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled start time.
Late Changes & No-Shows: If you request a change to your appointment or cancel it with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment (a "No-Show"), your £30 booking deposit will be strictly forfeited to cover our practitioner's allocated clinical time.
